Our Steel Products

A billet is a small, semi-finished product that is produces through continuously casting machine. This product is available in different steel grades such as SAE 1008, SAE 1012, SAE 1018 and etc. Additionally, Steel Billet is produced in different section sizes such as 100*100, 125*125, 150*150 and other sizes

Steel Wire Rod

Steel Wire Rod is used for producing different kinds of products such as Spring, Bolts and others and produced based on different standards.

Wire rods

rods that are hot rolled from billets to an approximate round cross section into coils of one continuous length. Rods are not comparable to hot-rolled bars in accuracy of cross section or surface finish and as a semi-finished product are intended primarily for the manufacture of wire

Workmanship, Finish, and Appearance
The wire rod shall be free of detrimental surface imperfections, tangles, and sharp kinks.

Packaging and Package Marking
A tag shall be securely attached to each coil or bundle and shall be marked with the size, ASTM specification number, heat or cast number, grade number, and name or mark of the manufacturer.

Steel Tube

Steel Tube is a final product which mainly is used for industrial purposes to carry some liquids and materials.

These tubes are manufactured based on ISO and DIN standards and are available in different grades such as carbon steel, stainless steel and etc.

Steel plate is a plate of metal, specifically steel, that can be cut and manufactured into a more elaborate product. Steel plates come in a range of thicknesses, and can be manufactured to a length or width that you need.

Steel Powder / Mill Scale

Powdered steel is made by sintering different metals in the alloy into a very fine grain where the different elements are bonded into a consistent microstructure. It is a very precise method done in a laboratory rather than a steel mill. The resulting alloys have the best edge retention and can be easy to re-sharpen.

Steel Ball

One of the most important products of Majid trading is steel ball for mill. The steel ball are produces by the new method known as skew hot rolling mill. Most used and known chemical compositions for steel ball is 70Cr2(DIN 1.2007). Due to the advantage of using steel balls, the most consumption is in copper and iron are mining.
